I visited the store & ordered a Saree. However, when I received the saree, it had some finishing issue but Mini resolved the issue & kept me updated, even after I received it, she contacted me to ask if I was happy with the outfit. We could face issues anywhere, no matter where we shop from but it’s the efforts & willingness to resolve the issue that matters, It’s great customer service like this that makes the customers want to come back & shop with the brand. Mahak was of great help and I was able to secure a wedding outfit effortlessly. She took the efforts to get the designer label sample for me to try the outfit since i expressed that I wanted to try on an outfit i shortlisted from the Pernia website. Great service, highly recommend.
