Disappointing Experience with Alterations & Service

I purchased an outfit from DLF pernia Store (prianca- staff) trusting their commitment to proper alterations. Despite paying over ₹1 lakh and traveling six hours twice, the alterations were not done as promised. I was told “papa don’t preach” is not providing more material and designers have asked for further charges. They charged extra for finishing and asking for further changes, despite earlier assurances. Once full payment was made, the staff stopped responding and refused any resolution. Extremely disappointed with their service—would not recommend!

I am extremely happy with the way Jigyasa helped me with my order (Seema Gujral). Right from managing alterations to timely delivery and prompt responses, she was with me throughout. If you are buying an outfit from here, please ask for mini she is super helpful and gets the job done.

The manager on the other hand is very very rude. She tried to force me to take my outfit when it was still ill fitting since she did'nt want to do the extra back and forth.

After three rounds of fittings my outfit is finally done.

I visited the store & ordered a Saree. However, when I received the saree, it had some finishing issue but Mini resolved the issue & kept me updated, even after I received it, she contacted me to ask if I was happy with the outfit. We could face issues anywhere, no matter where we shop from but it’s the efforts & willingness to resolve the issue that matters, It’s great customer service like this that makes the customers want to come back & shop with the brand.
