I visited P.G. Martin on January 17, 2025, to check out wallets. The lady at the store was very helpful and professional—truly top-notch service! When I inquired about the price, she offered a 5% discount, which was a nice gesture. I ended up purchasing the Daton Men's Wallet. Unfortunately, I lost that wallet, and while browsing their website, I noticed a Valentine's promotion. On February 14, 2025, I purchased the Spectre Men's Wallet online. When it was delivered, I found that it was bigger in height compared to the Daton wallet. I then visited the store again to inquire about an exchange, and they accepted it without any issue. The same lady assisted me, and a gentleman at the store took the time to explain the features and quality of the Spectre wallet. After hearing his insights, I decided to keep it. Overall, my experience with P.G. Martin was excellent—great customer service, smooth process, and a hassle-free exchange policy. I hope the wallet's quality will hold up well over time!
