I bought screen curved for phone by but the screen did not see clear. I want to refund my money back but they said the products around 5$ can’t refund. 5$ is not much but it make me lost trust online shop ? I finally got the feedback and refund from the company. I will more be careful for online shopping. Thank you so much ?

Their app is ok, it has gotten much better in the last few years. They have a good variety but not great quality. Fabrics are always cheap and synthetic, stitching often needs repair after only 1 wear, but it's acceptable for the price. Customer service online in English is polite and helpful. Delivery service could be better about communicating arrival time but the drivers have always been really professional and friendly, I always tip them for delivering to me in Kandal within 24 hours. I've gotten some great pieces from them! ?
