Had the best experience in this Hermes store, Juliana was amazing, very helpful and so kind. I was so lucky I was able to get what I was looking for as it was the last piece in stock! Cannot recommend enough!

Came here for a bag, came out with Oran sandals. I was also checking out their bouncing shoes but they didn't have the size and color that I wanted. No bags available. This was on New Year Day. I guess all their stocks are gone. Unfortunately, I only have 2 days in Dublin so I can't come back after a week to check. My SA name is Juliana. She is very nice and accommodating. I give her a 5 star for customer service.
