Most people around the world have heard of this upmarket department store and it is every bit as fancy inside, as you would expect. It is full of tourists and people who just want to see what it's like inside. Despite the shop selling lots of very expensive luxury items, there are also items in there which are a lot more affordable. It's actually a great place to buy reasonably-priced stocking fillers for Christmas, such as chocolate, biscuits etc. Yes, even those items will be a bit more expensive than most other shops, but they will definitely make a great impression. The shop is always very busy, so browsing is not exactly an easy experience. Finding assistance can also be challenging at times, as the staff are either busy, or are assisting other customers. The shop is massive and sells pretty much everything, including clothing, watches and fragrances. There is a food hall and several restaurants and cafes inside the shop, as well as a gift shop, which sells a good range of gifts, and not just tacky touristy gifts or souvenirs. There are plenty of self-service payment tills, but there are also staffed tills, if you prefer that. Overall, it's a really nice place to visit, even if you can't afford to buy anything!!

Huge store can spend all day there. Friendly staff and knowledgeable in all departments. Amazing variety of architecture and interior design. Food hall is great, bought pastries and cheeses. There is a cool bar in the basement called Baccarat, great beer and cocktails there. Home section and fashion all very high end but some affordable pieces too.. recommended day out

All the brands are there, and the people working there are very helpful. I spent an early afternoon delving into the world of luxury, and I am glad I was there. And Tiffany is the popular cafe I know, and I was in it. Thank you all for making my day perfect.

I especially enjoyed the food halls—so many delicious options to explore. Whether you’re shopping or simply browsing, Harrods offers a glimpse into refined retail culture. Highly recommended!

Totally worth a visit - even for tourists ! ?✨ ?Tip 1: Go after sunset. The building lights up with 12,000 bulbs-pure magic ! If you go too early, you’ll miss the glow. ?Tip 2: Pretty food court. It's a treat for all your senses. ?Tip 3: Mini Dior Display This miniature collection was originally part of the Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams exhibition at the V&A — which was a ticketed event — but you can now enjoy it for FREE right here at Harrods! It’s the cutest spot on the ground floor, just near the escalator. I honestly wanted to spend the most time here, just exploring and soaking it all in!
