Fresh from a night shift carrying my work backpack, I went straight to the Burberry flagship store at Regent Street to see the Note Bag (which I’ve been eyeing these past few days) in person and compare the four different colors available. I’ve been assisted by the lovely Aria. She gladly showed me what I was looking for and all the available colors. I wasn’t really planning to buy it on the same day but Aria’s warm, accommodating, and professional demeanor made me decide instantly. Overall, it was a smooth and quick experience and I will surely visit again. Thanks, Aria! ?

We stopped in during our week in London back in November (this is well overdue) and Karol was phenomenal to work with! He went above and beyond for my sister, mom and me. He was so polite, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had the best experience at Burberry, all thanks to Reni :) She was incredibly sweet and kind, truly touching our hearts with her service. I bought my first designer bag and she made it that much more special!! She was patient, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Amazing customer service!!!

I had identified a gap in my wardrobe... a classic trench coat was absolutely required, and there's only one place I wanted to go for this investment piece. Burberry. I was due to be in London anyway to visit my sister, so decided it would be an ideal opportunity to visit the flagship and try a few on, having narrowed down my shortlist through some online research. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the team, and when I explained I wanted to try on some trench coats, Tianna was more than happy to help me. She was fantastically patient as I tried on the various options, being more than happy to let me retry prior options, showing me how to style it, offering advice on the various styles and fits available, and letting me twirl around the shop as I made my selection. We were also offered champagne while I browsed, and Tianna gave me tons of information about the Burberry aftercare services I could utilise in the future, to extend the life of my purchase. It was very much the experience I had hoped for from such an iconic brand's flagship store, and I would love to think I can visit (and buy) again soon! I will seek out Tianna, as she was so wonderful.

Incredible store for so many reasons. I believe that this store is the largest designer brand clothing store I have ever been in. (About 44,000 Sqft., 4,087 sq mtr) Large selection of women’s and men’s clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories. An assortment of ready to wear and bespoke trench coats. The Burberry Kids section is also wonderful. We loved the kid trenches. The store is in a historic building that used to be a theater. Beautiful, elevated and sophisticated, yet comfortable and inviting. The sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Regardless of the Burberry location you visit, all items are of high quality, stylish, and comfortable.
