I recently went into the Regent Street store. The experience was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly, made it so comfortable to purchase a bag my wife has always wanted and now finally has. If I had the money again I would definitely go back to purchase more items from this very amazing and stylish store. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Amazing mulberry

I visited a store on Saturday afternoon. I was looking for a bayswater bag that I can use as a travel bag, but I wasn’t sure about the color or type of leather. I ended up choosing a completely different color, and I’m so glad I did! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell. They explained the different types of leathers used in their items and were very attentive without trying to push me into buying anything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it!

Visited weekend, store is busy and can see quite a lot of customers just looking around themselves as staff already occupied. Store kept tidy and clean, some used glasses lying around.
