The aroma hits you the moment you walk in, and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. A bit pricey, but the experience is definitely worth it! sure i will come back another again.

loved the foods, but i don't like the atmosphire. their pistachio croissant is a must try! the coffee was quite big portion, but you can always take away if there some left. i recommend you to buy their powder instead, cause their coffee quality is a top notch. they have a huge variant that you won't run out of options. you like something in fruity? they got your back. you want something dark robust? it's plenty of it. you want something unique? it's their specialty. also, not only in powder form. you can have it in beans, or even drip. it's just amazing.

One of the best croissants and pastry place in town. I love Kaya croissant, pretty unique flavor filling in the perfect texture. They have so many other flavor as well and the size isn’t too big so you can enjoy as a dessert or light breakfast with coffee.

I didn't know about this chain before finding it in the Marina Bay The Shoppes. I just wanted a coffee ! They have a great choice of coffee and the staff know well there products. I didn't try the cakes but they're looking tasty. It was hard to choose the coffee but our waiter helped us. I really enjoy the coffee and the vibes, you forgot that you are in a middle of a mall.

Had a wonderful experience with Bacha Coffee’s excellent service. My husband bought some croissants, but when he got home, we realised one was missing from the order. The service recovery was outstanding — the manager personally contacted us and offered a box of 6 croissants as an apology. When we went to collect it, the manager apologised again in person for the oversight. Mistakes can happen, but the sincerity and professionalism in making things right really stood out.
