Had a pleasant 5 day stay here. Located in the center so can walk quickly to several malls. Had a pleasant and quick check in late at night. Team prepared a cute surprise for my bday (a small cake with fruits and greeting card) so that was very sweet. The room was awesome I wish there is a work desk but this could probably be addressed by choosing a different room. Also had a good time sitting by the hotel’s Eden bar every night. Luke and the manager from Malaysia (forgot his name) were very friendly and fun chat. I had the do not disturb sign and someone was quick to check via phonecall if I need supplies. Breakfast buffet options were awesome (unli bacon was fantastic!). Especially liked Kai from downstairs whose helpfulness and smile are iust so contagious—- thanks for bringing up my bouquet delivery and for adopting them when I couldn’t bring them on the plane home. Will stay here again when I come back to SG. Kudos to the team for the outstanding hospitality.

The hotel is wonderful. The facilities are new, nice and environmental friendly. Its location is superb and easily accessible to department stores nearby. The service is also very nice. We highly appreciated the high service standard of Edmund. He greeted us with a warm welcoming (this is our 2nd visit) even we arrived the hotel at around 2am. He is nice to arrange connecting rooms for our family. We highly recommend the hotel and will recommend to our friends when they travel to Singapore!

The hotel is conveniently located on Orchard Road, making our shopping, dining and daily trips to different attractions quite easy and smooth. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was comfortable with a good view of Paragon. Our toddler quite enjoyed it. However, what could be improved is the breakfast options. There was not much to choose from the buffet, especially when we were traveling with our 1-year-old.

Best service ever.. we are a group of three, and receiving extra compliment. Thank you so much for Mr Taufiq, Edmund, Ms Gladys for your hospitality at the front office. Surely will be back for more.. Cheers.. ????
