“We stayed for three nights in an Opera room (one king room and one double queen beds). The rooms were awesome and luxurious with an amazing view of the bridge and opera house. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had all the modern facilities you could ask for, even a very smart toilet. Breakfast was a smorgasbord of western and Asian foods, all freshly made and delicious. Understandably there were some busy periods at breakfast, but there wasn’t a long wait time. Staff were super helpful and cleared your plates quickly. I don’t know why there are negative reviews about the staff or waiting in line for breakfast or the amount of tea/coffee. There was every type of food on offer and all of the best quality. Even free newspapers! Room service also had an extensive selection and was excellent in taste and presentation. The pool and spa although not large in size had a fantastic view and a lifeguard on duty. There were a few glitches with our room keys but the reception staff were all willing to assist with a smile. Check-in and checkout was busy but that’s to be expected at any hotel. There were many lovely restaurants along the water and all within walking distance. The ferries were a few minutes away so it was easy to hop on one to get to various spots of interest. Highly recommend Crown if you’re looking to be spoilt.” “We stayed at the Crown for 1 night fir my husbands birthday. The room was so pretty and comfortable. The view was gorgeous. The bathroom had great amenities including a large bathtub and a heated toilet. The room was so clean. The bed was very comfortable I slept without waking up. The technology was top notch and I was very warm. The breakfast in the epicurean had a great selection and the pool was very pretty. The staff were super friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. Well worth the expensive money.”

“From the moment we arrived at Hilton Sydney, we were treated to top-notch service and luxurious accommodations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and had a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning! The amenities at the hotel are outstanding – the fitness center is fully equipped, and the indoor pool is perfect for a relaxing swim. We also enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at the restaurant, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all fresh and delicious. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Hilton Sydney for anyone looking for a luxury stay with excellent service, comfort, and convenience. Can’t wait to return!” “A fabulous experience overall. Right in the centre of the city opposite QVB. Slightly older and very busy but great rooms. I was upgraded to floor 40. Fantastic views. Unfortunately my TV was playing up so that was frustrating but the staff were awesome and made sure I was looked after. The beautiful staff make this business. I'm in adoration of how they handled lots of customers and think they all deserve a pay rise. Without them it would have been a very different experience. So please look after them !!!! Room service was great and the Mare bar was fantastic!”

“Great hotel across the street from Central Station. In fact, you don't even need to cross the street as there is an underground walkway entrance, just outside the hotel entrance on railway Square . The hotel feels modern and clean. My room was an OK size for one person. The AC worked well and the bathroom was big with shower only. The biggest issue I had with the room was lack of storage. Breakfast was good but not alot of change from day to day. Breakfast starts at 7:00AM and by about 8:00AM there was often a queue to get in. There is a convenience store on the main floor, but it sells mostly snacks and not much in the way of toiletries. Eve's bar on the main floor has great food, and prices are reasonable for a hotel bar. If you want a nice, reasonably priced hotel near Central station, then the Mercure is a great option.” “The location of this hotel was perfect. The rooms and everything else was ok. It's a good place just to rest and sleep. We were able to use the public transport so easily as everything was just outside the front door including the train to go to the airport. Overall the experience was good just for the location.”

“Climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge was an absolutely unforgettable experience and easily one of the highlights of my time in Sydney. The panoramic views from the top are simply breathtaking—looking out over the city skyline, the iconic Opera House, and the sparkling harbour from such an incredible vantage point is something I’ll never forget. The climb itself was expertly organised and felt completely safe throughout, thanks to the professional and friendly guides. Their insightful commentary along the way made the experience even more enjoyable, sharing fascinating stories about the bridge’s history and the surrounding landmarks. I was especially impressed by the focus on safety and the quality of the equipment, which put me completely at ease. From the smooth check-in process to the climb itself, everything was seamless and well-managed. While the climb was a challenge, the sense of accomplishment when reaching the summit made it all the more rewarding. If you’re visiting Sydney, the Bridge Climb is an absolute must. It’s a unique, thrilling way to take in the city, and it’s an experience you’ll carry with you long after you’ve come back down.” “The Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb is an awesome experience! The views from the top are absolutely stunning, you get to see the Opera House, the harbor, and the whole city spread out beneath you. The guides are super friendly and make sure you feel safe while sharing cool stories about the bridge’s history. It’s a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the amazing views and the fun adventure. Definitely something you should try at least once!”

“I like to visit Chinatown on Friday nights because the night market is there, and you can enjoy all the street food, from savory items to desserts. There is a variety of foods ie; bbq or grilled meat , seafood items, paellas , dumplings and many more.” “A fantastic place to eat, bursting with variety! From mouthwatering dishes to endless choices, there's something for everyone. Being close to Paddy’s Market makes it even better—perfect for a post-shopping feast. Whether you're here for a delicious meal or just to soak in the atmosphere, Chinatown is a must-visit when you're in the city!"”

“Good location, nice room, but missing something special.. Stayed for 5 days.. Hotel is a good location to walk out to the city.. My room (level 24) was a good size, good selection of tea but limited to 3 Nespresso pods of which one was decaf if I remember.. the pillows were awful to sleep on.. as I was checking the room before leaving I found a pillow menu hidden in the drawer. It was so annoying, this wasn’t mentioned at checkin and I struggled for 4 nights. The aircon is also dodgy.. my room was stuck on 18 degrees, first night was like being in a freezer.. maintenance came and fixed it and it went to 23 degrees and was then stuck there. The remote made no difference. The gym was limited, pool area small but looked nice. It rained a lot so didn’t use the pool. The executive lounge was disappointing.. The size was small, always over crowded and you struggled to get a seat sometimes.. the food quality was pretty good but the same every day, except the amazing scones that were only served week day afternoons - not sure why not at the weekend.. the free bar hour was at a strange time 5-6:30 I think, where a later slot say 6:30-8 would have been much better. The breakfast options were good and considering the price of eating out in Sydney these days, the breakfast covered the additional cost of the executive lounge access. The most annoying thing of my stay.. room cleaning seemed to be in the afternoon.. on my checkout day, the cleaner rang the door bell at 8:20am, I was fast asleep, I opened the door and the guy asks what time I’m leaving so he can clean.. I’m not sure if he thought I’d already checked out, but there should be some communication with the cleaners about when you’ve checked out. Due to convenience and price I’d stay here again.” “From the extremely helpful concierge and check-in staff to the spacious and comfortable room, every minute of our stay was perfect. The pool was a great size and we managed to have a swim both the afternoon of our arrival and the morning of our departure the next day - both times the pool was not too busy and was a great temperature. The buffet breakfast was excellent and great value - I was extremely surprised and impressed that our 10 year old ate for free. None of us wanted to leave and we all agreed that we will be back soon!”

“Always a nice place to visit even if we don't shop for anything.” “Broadway Sydney is a vibrant shopping centre located at 1 Bay St, Ultimo NSW 2007, Australia. Housed in a beautifully restored heritage building, it offers a diverse range of retail stores, including major brands like H&M, Kmart, Coles, and Aldi. The food court provides a variety of dining options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The centre is well-maintained and easily accessible, making it a convenient destination for both locals and visitors. However, during peak hours, it can become quite crowded, which might affect the overall shopping experience. Overall, Broadway Sydney is a great place to shop, dine, and unwind in the heart of the city.”

“? (True) I was feeling sick before coming here, but after resting and enjoying the scenery, I felt better ? ? I’ll write about the best spots for laying out a picnic mat and recommended visiting times in the main text! Highly recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing day enjoying beautiful natural scenery in the heart of Sydney ??‍♀️?️ ? Best spot: Next to a big tree in the park ? (It’s relatively less crowded but the view is fantastic!)
? Recommended visiting time: ? Visit 1-2 hours before sunset and stay to watch the sunset! ? Sydney Observatory” “My friend and I booked in for the guided tour and had the best time! The guides are knowledgeable and they make it fun! If you get a good group, and if you are into stars and planets, trust me and book the tour :) seeing Jupiter through the telescope was a core memory! I wish they offered more views with the telescopes, it’s only a small part of the tour. Overall though, it was a beautiful memory. Would recommend.”

“Located at 416 Sydney Park Road, Alexandria, New South Wales, Australia ??. A great park which is very well maintained and a wonderful place to walk around. It’s very dog friendly even at the cafe which has treats for dogs ? but there’s not many toilets which means we had to queue for a while. This was not thought out enough when designing the park. It’s wheelchair accessible which was great for our group as we had a couple of people in wheelchairs. There’s a wonderful children play area and skateboarding area. The big lakes are really pretty and nice to walk around. Thumbs Up! ????” “Whenever I go to a new country, city or town, I like to see a park or gardens and this place is fantastic. It's a big open space if you want to go for a walk, run, sit down and chill, read a book or just be one with the soil. I went to another park in Melbourne and I have to say it seems Australians know how to keep green spaces because this place was immaculate. Compliments to the groundsmen. Sydney park is a big space, it took me several hours to walk about the place. If you're a big fan of parks, you can't go wrong with Sydney park ?”
