One of the hotels I've ever stayed at. Very high spec, Attention to detail is top notch. Interior design is so well done. Absolutely no issues at all. Room service meals are also brilliant if you need food at any time. Will definitely be back at this hotel when I visit Singapore again.

I'm so glad to have met Ms. Qianwen at Orchard Hotel in Singapore. As a hotel attendant, she's incredibly responsible and provides professional yet thoughtful service. What touched me most was when I fell ill during my stay - she instructed me how to buy medicine since Singapore is strange to me, which really warmed my heart. My experience at Orchard Hotel was wonderful, and I might choose to stay here again in my next tour.
