Masjid, Bukit Bendera, 10000 Bukit Bendera, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
I am in love with Mosques now.Been to the third largest mosque in the world and small ones are no exceptions of their beauty like this one.
Small mosque on the hill. Convenient for Muslim visitors to fulfill their duty of prayer when visiting penang hill. I usually pray fajr at the mosque when I take the first train going up at 6:30am. Prayer space is clean. The renovated toilet is clean and looks classy with a minimum of RM0.50 entry fee.
Masjid Bukit Bendera, also known as the Penang Hill Mosque, is a prominent religious landmark located atop Penang Hill. It serves as a place of worship for Muslims visiting or residing in the area. The mosque's architecture reflects a blend of traditional Islamic design elements with modern touches, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere for prayers and contemplation. Situated amidst the lush greenery of Penang Hill, Masjid Bukit Bendera provides worshippers with a picturesque setting for spiritual reflection. Its elevated location also offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, making it a memorable destination for both religious and leisurely visits.
One of the 3 buildings at the top of Penang hill. Well maintained.
