    Great place for office with a beautiful view of the Singapore landmarks. Many foodcourt offering various menu & price.

    Fantastic location situated in Promenade MRT station, connected to Millenia Walk, right across Suntec City and close to Marina Square. Tenants get a discount in Millenia Walk establishments since it's under the same management, just show the sticker. Beautiful views of the city, Singapore Flyer and the sea depending on your office location. The building is well maintained and had upgraded their toilets and lifts. It would be a 5 star rating if the lift lobbies were renovated to be more modern.
