Yet another day having their food once again cos it is comfort food knowing I will not go wrong. Chose the seabass fish & chips for lunch set and added a drink and soup. Perfectly cooked tender piping hot seabass with that crispy batter. Got mine served with their lemon butter garlic sauce. The thin crisps are as always to die for. Perfect to dip into any sauce that they provide for free. Mushroom soup was ok while the garlic bread was a letdown. Overall, good dining experience here. Lunch is definitely crowded due to the office crowd, quite fortunate to get a seat eithout having to wait

I went for the Monday 1 for 1 and it is worth it. There are number of sauces and plain water to self-service. Fish was delicious. There was no que during lunch time however we waited about 10 min for the food to serve. The chips is not fries which I like but my kids wanted fries.

Really impressed with my visit this time round to BFSF Suntec outlet. Was sat down and immediately waitress brought a cone of potato crisps for us to enjoy before we even ordered any food. After ordering, we went to the water station to take mini cup of water. I then added lemon wedges I had from my meal to my water. Waiter Matthew saw it and provided us with a glass of ice water with lemon wedges. Really impressed by the level of attentiveness which cost nothing and it truly made my day! I will definitely revisit!

We had issues with the seating for 5 of us. We finally got a proper 5pax seats in no time when a fellow diner offered some space.. food wss grear. Still hot. N service recovery was superb. Tq server! (No name tag though) its table 16 at suntec. Tq

Good food. Great service. A growing rarity nowadays. Ordered the battered dory with a set meal and 8 pieces of oysters. Set me back by about $30. 1 oyster for $1++ promotion with purchase of every main. Order at the counter. But beyond the food, service staff actually came by to check if the food was okay, and to let me know that the rest of my order was on the way . Kudos to Kenneth and Iman!
