Religi tourism, Masjid/mosque penyengat is located in a Penyengat island it is around 20-30 minutes boat ride from Tanjung Pinang harbour. The island is small and you just can take a few mnutes to look aroud the corner. Besides the mosque there is a museum as well. The museum depicted local people and the local kingdom strugle against the dutch ocupation.. I went there a couple years ago. I just think that there has been changes happening. Please find out.

A very historical place for muslim in Tanjung Pinang City. It's a very blessed to be able doing Friday prayers here.

A very historical mosque in Penyengat island, tanjungpinang. A place where the sultanate of Riau originated from. You can see the Malay, Arab influence on the mosque architecture. Recommended to visit.

Very interesting place. Solat sunat and then see the hand written Al Quran
