This place is the main attraction on the island. Located near the sea, this place is easy to find and becomes like an icon of the island, with a wide plaza near the building that is usually crowded during weekends. At night this place turns into a night market that is filled with people who want to spend their time. You can park your car at the parking lot on the side of the road, slightly limited especially when it's crowded. There are plenty of street food vendors around, so you don't need to worry if you are hungry or anything. There is no entrance fee to this place, only the parking fee that is rather cheap.

Very interesting building worth a photo but what is even nicer is the promenade where it stands. The building itself is currentky closed. A very lively place for the locals especially in the evening. Very close to the Tanjung Pinang ferry terminal.
