Located right across from the Lorong Chuan MRT station entrance is New Tech Park a recently renovated office building that now comprises a mall cum office. Most of the outlets are for food with a small supermarket and a little food court on the level above

Convenient location. Lots of food options : Western, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Brunch place and also 2 small food court with local option I love their mini mart. Good price and lotsss of stuff. Similar price as Giant but better quality of food Just no fashion & sthing less for everyday consumption

Food court @ level 2. China Xiang Guo Shi Dai mala food????. We enjoy it. Air con with beer while weather so hot. There is many other food too.

Just discovered this amazing hair salon at NTP+, really friendly and professional staffs there. Did a hair color and totally loved the outcome. Worth visiting this hair salon in serangoon for any hair colors or treatments

The food court is nice, though just a bit short on food stalls. The drink stall is great—coffee and tea are both very nice. Staff are all very polite. Special mention to the toilet area—it truly deserves a thumbs up! The lady in charge does an excellent job. Even the walls are cleaned daily. Please do pass on a compliment to her—a good and dedicated cleaner is hard to find these days.
