Alhamdhulillah Very nice masjid. Had gone through a couple or upgradings and renovations. Located on a side of a busy expressway yet very calming once inside the masjid. Previously was more nostalgic with serenity and piegions flying around. Now too many constructions around. Hence parking can be a little difficult - need to park at one of the 2 small car parks nearer to the Marina Bay fire station and walk about 7 mins. Sometime the masjid is also lovingly known as Habib Noh. The maqam of Habib Now is located within the masjid premises (NOT inside the masjid itself). a long flight of stairs with short steps lead to the Maqam. Masha Allah.
Masya Allah. This is my first time performing my Maghrib prayers here after a very long time (I used to frequent here many years ago when I was working around the area). It was undergoing heavy works before but the masjid is now so nicely renovated and houses a very peaceful prayer hall. There is also sufficient space around the surroundings for it to be comfortable. Alhamdullilah. For drivers, you need to enter through Marina View (landmark is the fire station/police post) and continue going straight. There will be signboards which lead you to the back of the mosque which is in parallel with ECP.
Located at the foot of the future-2026 Prince Edward Road MRT Circle Line Extension (CC32) and Shenton Way mono-berth bus terminal, this unique mosque straddles the curved perimeter of the Ayer Rajah-Marina Coastal Expressway (next to the side road entrance). It has the mausoleum of Habib Noh, a well-known Islamic saint during the colonial Singapore era.
A great place for solat and a serene place for munajat
This place is spiritually magical. Cleanse the negative vibes. Hope to go visit there again.
