I was a patient at a private hospital, but I chose to walk into KKH as a private patient for my operation because I found the doctors and nurses here to be much friendlier and more helpful. My five-hour surgery, performed by Dr. Lee Jiah Min was very successful. She was incredibly friendly and patient. Additionally, KKH's administrative services through the Health Buddy app have never disappointed me. Unlike in private hospitals, I don’t need to constantly WhatsApp or call the doctor’s assistant to follow up on the document submission process for my insurance. The only area that needs improvement is the ward service. Patients have to clean their faces and bodies and change clothes on their own, with no assistance. I ended up wearing the same clothes from day one to day three. ?
