Nice food, great customer service as my wife ordered Brioche French Toast and initially was prepared incorrectly as UT was just Toasted Brioche Bread, but staff took corrective actions and prepared correctly. Great work. ? perhaps check SOPs and do a tool talk session with staff ... but great customer recovery service

The team at the Delifrance went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience ever! Also the staff named Asyraf served us the best. The food were super good and tasty. Thumbs up to the cheesecake. We were leaving the place with happy face.

I would like to rate an employee there at KKH Women’s tower by the name of Letchumi for doing a great job! I was impressed by her performance in handling never ending crowds at the counter. She was very patience and did her work with a smile every time she handed the order to the customer. I can see that she also made the drinks herself and at the same time taking orders too. What an amazing employee!

Service staff especially Amalina was very kind and helpful. Her exemplary service made our lunch at Delifrance a great experience, 2 thumbs up to Amalina and her team!
