Parking is usually available, though it can be a bit of a challenge on weekends. Overall, it’s a convenient shopping destination with a good mix of retail, food, and entertainment options. Would love to see more seating areas and better traffic flow in the parking lot!

Had a great experience at Westfield St Lukes! The mall is always clean, with a wide variety of stores and food options to suit everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Parking was easy too, which is a bonus. Definitely one of the best shopping centres in Auckland!

My five stars go to the security staff of this otherwise already very nice shopping mall. They were incredibly helpful and kind when I couldn't find my car, showing patience and genuine eagerness to assist. Thanks to their calm and professional support, we found my car within 20 minutes. I was so relieved and truly appreciate how efficiently and kindly the situation was handled. It's comforting to know you're in such good hands here. Thank you! ☺️

Brilliant Marvel holiday programme. My boy loved colouring in and decorating a cookie. It was such a great touch to have fruit kebabs. Relaxed and easy going staff. Great stuff

Parking can be a bit of a headache during peak times, especially on weekends, but that’s pretty typical for busy malls. The place is clean, and the staff in most stores are helpful. Not the biggest mall in Auckland, but definitely convenient and reliable.
