Thank you so much to both Juan Pablo and Yaseen! My family and I were shopping in the centre and decided to eat from McDonald’s. As you can see from the sign it was stated that they would help my sister and I and refused asking two different members of staff. HOWEVER, Juan and Yaseen kindly offered to help us. We got down safely and promptly even though they were not required to help us. Thank you guys! We really appreciate they’re amazing professionalism and hospitality! Honestly just 2 really genuine men.
