Firstly, no one ever answers the phone in the store. I tried several times on on 3 different days and no answer. I was trying to call ahead and check stock of an item in store.
When I visited the store and asked for the specific item, one person went and supposedly checked stock and said it wasn’t in store. I asked if there was another similar item in store with which I could check sizing/fitting. The employee directed me to an item.
However after walking around the store for two minutes, I did find the exact item I was after - and the fit/size was not remotely similar to the item the employee had directed me to! There was another 15 year old employee who was walking around least interested in wanting to help me out.
The store is too big for its own good and the products are all over the place. Upstairs they do have a section for thrifted clothes - with some prices more than the retail cost of those clothes ?
Won’t be going back.

Good quality clothing at decent prices for the high street. The store is dark and a little confusing with items grouped in collections as opposed to categories. But Superdry seem to have neatly stepped into a spot that AnF long ago vacated.
