One of the top destination when one come to Tanjungpinang. It is usually very dull and not crowded unless it's ramadhan. Located strategically on one of the main road, not far from harbor. The parking is using old-school. The toilet in 2nd floor costs 2k. The plus is there is a supermarket, game center, and bookstore here. Also lots of phone stalls. It is now getting crowded again because the new J.CO and Breadtalk.
