We waited 1.5 hours before we could enter on a Friday afternoon. The wait, while long, was made more bearable as the queue coordination was managed well by the staff. About midway through the queue, we were approached by Thibault, who would help us check the availability of our desired bags. He brightened up our wait with his friendliness and positive attitude. Entering the store, we were greeted by Ziyad, who showed a genuine interest in helping me get my bags for colour selection. Lastly at the counter, Sacha helped us with the tax refund (it was a breeze) and swiftly processed my payment. (It also happened to be his birthday!) It was a lovely experience for me. Great work, team!

Alex was incredibly helpful when I purchased my bag at Polène. I ended up getting the Mokki in camel, and he made sure I received excellent assistance, showing me all the bags I was interested in. I initially went in for the Cyme but, after trying a few options, decided the Mokki was the perfect choice. The buying experience was quick and efficient. Since the store was close to my hotel, I was able to visit early in the day. The wait to get in was only about 30 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. Once inside, the staff was friendly and attentive. The gentleman at the till was especially helpful—he walked me through the tax refund process and ensured I had all the paperwork I needed. I also loved the store’s minimalist and clean design. It made the shopping experience feel so elegant, and they were kind enough to let me take videos while trying on different bags to see which one suited me best. Overall, everything about my visit—from the service to the space—was wonderful. I’d highly recommend Polène to anyone considering a visit!

I feel very satisfied when ordering online. Fast delivery before the expected time. Carefully packaged, very sharp sewing lines. I am very satisfied with it, I am also looking forward to its durability in the future.
