A great selection of eateries, grocery store and pharmacy. The Good Grocer IGA serves a good selection of delicious hot and chilled meals that's convenient and easy to eat. A great selection of pastries and desserts. Ample underground parking and along the road. Highly recommended if you are staying along the South Perth Esplanade or Mill Point Road area. There's also a nearby Coles in South Perth along Angelo Street.

Mends Street Arcade is a charming find! Its quaint, well-maintained corridors house a variety of delightful shops and cafes. The ambiance is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. A perfect spot for a leisurely browse or a relaxing coffee break.

Quite a boutique mall. Mens & Women's hairdressing. Post Office. Beautiful Location near Ferry. Unfortunately I hear the bank has closed its branch (really?...) so the businesses are struggling. Also the coffee shop is great but the actual mall is pretty dead. Decent 3.5 stars.
