Two stories of well organized bath products from things to throw in your bathtub to things you massage onto your partner’s feet. Friendly staff and a colorful interior make for a memorable experience.

Staff are very helpful and thoughtfull. They keep my luggage so I can pay and go to 2nd floot for tax free. There are new product (solid parfume stick) but didny suite my preference. Their mask are top tier for exfoliating your dead skin. Will deff come back.

I went to the store several days ago Buy 3 products ( mask magnaminty, beauty slip, greasy lightning(serum)) It was good All the staff really nice :) Thank you so much Ps; you can get tax free by purchase minimum 5500 yen, , and go upstairs,, Only cashier in level 2 allow tax free But you cannot open the packaging ,until you leave japan..

We were so excited to see a lush after years of being too far away from them. We went a bit overboard but the staff was so sweet. They packaged them up for us and even wrote down what each item was for future reference. There is also a nice view of the shibuya crossing upstairs which was cool to see while we were browsing. They had a very good selection of anything you could need and again staff was very helpful with anything we could need!
