I went in with a burning scalp needing pretty quick help, I was served by the kindest lady who guided me through a product that would help, no pushing to sell, just trying to help. She made me feel 10 times better, I received an act of kindness shampoo bar too. Couldn’t have had a better experience and I will be running in the next time I come shopping. Thank you Lush ✨

I went here with my 4 year old daughter who was enthralled by the huge variety of bath bombs and colourful goodies. The staff were absolutely lovely and my daughter was thrilled to take part in the jelly throwing game (an Easter thing??) and win a tiny pot of bath jelly to take home. They were also running a kids party that day which looked lots of fun! Really grateful to the wonderful staff who made our day.

They have a lovely range of fragrances, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We were looking for signature scents for our wedding, but had no clue what to look for. The team gave us great advice so that we found two different perfumes that we each like, and that also go together really nicely. Thank you so much Lush team!

My mum bought me in here to pick some nice things for my birthday, and it was very cool! It also made me very happy to see all of the trans-positive messages everywhere, very awesome!

My daughter had her 10th birthday party at Lush Oxford today. What a brilliant concept. We had a great party host, a fantastic time and all the partygoers came away with fabulous treats. The best value party I’ve ever come across. It’s so worth it! The girls had a completely wonderful time and were full of it afterwards. Thank you to the team who were relaxed and professional.
