Every time I visit the staff are so friendly, helpful and patient letting me try on a million things. The clothes are beautiful and well made, with lovely fabrics and cuts. They have a good range of sizes which is nice.

Beautiful store. Staff are generous with their time, kind and knowledgeable (thank you Megan!). I arrived just before closing and I didn't once feel rushed out, was given ample opportunity to try on items and take my time. This did not go unappreciated! I had also brought in an online order that I was easily able to exchange. Really lovely experience overall and beautiful products ??

Store is located in the arcade for anyone looking for the entrance. I wanted to give a special thanks to Mel who is super helpful and very nice, but never makes you feel pressured to purchase. Genuinely just very nice to deal with. The clothes are a lovely quality and feel really nicely made - I’m always complimented when I wear one of their items.

I had a very positive shopping experience at Kuwaii Melbourne. I had brought a friend who did not know Kuwaii. We were both very impressed with the quality of fabrics, the styling and wearability of the designs. The ambience of the shop and the attentive and knowledgeable staff member who served us made it enjoyable and satisfying - a lovely change compared with other city shopping experiences. We did not leave empty handed!
