Been so happy joining back Lava yoga the last 3 months. I stopped practicing yoga during Covid and joined a reputable gym near my restaurant last year but did not feel comfortable in a co-ed environment. Senior instructors like Melly & Jeannie at Lava Yoga studio are very competent and friendly. I especially enjoyed Gabrielle‘s classes as she articulate instructions so clearly. I thoroughly enjoy Nature Yoga class which requires practitioners using imagination to visualise us in different places like lazing on a beach, or in a jungle, Gabrielle’s narration so effortlessly puts me in the scene! ? It must be her soothing voice projecting across the room. And yes, her instruction is always so simple and clear, and she demonstrate poses to make us understand. Whenever she glides effortlessly across the studio checking on our poses always brings a smile of my face ? Thank you so much Gabby! ?? I am confident that when I turn 57 I will be able to do my split ?.
