The first time I visited Phillip Wain for a trial a few years back, I was blown away by the atmosphere at the facility. It felt a bit too luxurious for a person like me. After my trial session with Lavin, I decided I HAD to splurge on myself and sign on with the most dedicated Gyrotonic Instructor in Singapore. She is patient, knowledgeable and such a genuine person. She is the reason I will come back to Phillip Wain for as long as she is here. Jessie, my client manager, is also another reason I have been giving my hard earned money to Phillip Wain. She understands my budgets and helps me get the best deals by always letting me know when there are promotions so I can purchase packages according to my means. She is also very efficient in helping me book appointments. People may say that they are only nice to me as it is a business transaction and it is their jobs but you have to meet them to know how genuine they are and how I have made two new friends since signing up for Gyrotonic classes at PW. I also believe the prices are justified because it is personalised personal training and for something as niche as Gyrotonic and a health centre as luxurious as PW. But I do have to say maintenance of the place needs a little bit of work in the showers and changing room. ?
