If I could give this store and the service 10 stars I would. My girlfriends and I went into Melbourne Central today to do some chrissy shopping. We went to H&M, Zara and decided to finish the day at Decjuba. A girl with short black hair helped us oldies in the changing room and was so lovely getting us more items. After trying on pretty much everything, we checked out and Gordy I think he said his name is was so helpful and cheery. I'd be glad to be a return shopper

Since having kids, my body shape has changed drastically and I was feeling really low about myself. Natalie spent almost an hour helping me choose different styles and outfits and she genuinely had a high care factor. She made me feel really comfortable - I honestly haven’t experienced customer service like that in a very long time!! Thank you Natalie!!
