✨Long Honest Review From Personal Experience Ahead✨ Customer service that went above and beyond!???? I disovered the Newton Ridge Plus WP Amped Desert Night model firstly at Mid Valley outlet. Someone (not me) has taken a serious preference for it ??. But it was the last piece and was not in size UK6. So my mission began. I did a cold call to ALL Columbia outlet in Kuala Lumpur to look for UK6 of this specific model and design. It was then, Munif from Columbia Pavilion (such a sport), shared with me all Columbia KL outlets contact (since not all outlet listed their number on Google). Then I get to know Nina. Nina from Columbia TRX went above and beyond to help me with my mission. ? She helped me to access the shoes's inventory from their nationwide system (!!!) - exact size, exact design, exact color, exact serial number. We found the LAST PAIR at Royal Sport House Pavillion KL. But it was up to no avail. The last pair was sold that very same morning! No other Columbia outlet in the whole Peninsular Malaysia have what I was looking for. But Nina went further above and beyond!! She found the LAST TWO PAIRS of this Newton Ridge - exact size, exact design, exact color, exact serial number - in Grace One Centre Point which is located, wait for it, in KK SABAH. The mission has still got hope afterall! Nina then shared with me their contact and I was able to liaise with Nawi from Grace One Centre Point and they finally agreed to help with my purchase and SHIPPED the shoes to my front door!?? It was weeks mission trying to secure this pair. Thank you to all Columbia staffs involved who replied my inquiry swiftly and very timely, Munif, Nawi, Nawi's manager who helped to go to the only Pos Laju there TWICE (coz they have short operation hours) and especially NINA FROM COLUMBIA TRX. I’ve never been to TRX outlet but boy oh boy did they treat me as if I was there. I'm deeply grateful as securing this Newton Ridge is especially important for me as it is a surprise gift for a loved one. You guys have made not only a person happy - but two, with this success. ✨✨????

I have been shopping at Columbia stores for years, this one might be a deal-breaker. We bought a backpack, and decided that I wanted to go with a larger model so wanted to return it for a refund. What a surprise, no refunds! What a disappointment. I had to do a lot of talking to make sure that we were understanding each other, but they grudgingly agreed that I could bring it back and get credit for what I paid.

Good ambient, excellent SA. Unfortunately there is less suitable clothing matches myself so could only grab a set of briefs and a collar shirt
