Visited the store today. The store has 2 staff and it's sales season hence there were quite a number of shoppers. The female staff was busy mending the payments but she saw me and alerted her colleague, Adam to help me on my shoe size. Excellent customer service from both of them! I'll also like to thank Adam for helping me on my choice of shoe size. Very comfortable and happy feet. Glad I took his advice on the sizing. He also shared good info about the exchange policy! Thank you! ?
