This shopping mall really good in my opinion, definitely a top 5 in Penang, After queensbay Gurney Sunway carnival This mall has good Aircond, good toilet, good accessibility and also it's nice overall. The mall doesnt seem old, it's well maintained but just less people compared to queensbay/gurney. I'm glad that it's not abandoned like prangin mall and komtar tho, thats really good.
