I suggest going to website first to make sure the country you want to deliver to is allowed. (for some reason I could not send to Czechia during COVID years, maybe it has changed). I regularly mail to a few countries and things go smoothly enough and so far everything has been delivered. * please note that the tracking pretty much ends at "item placed in bag" when it reaches KH Customs * Staff is helpful, they remember me and which countries I ship to. It also helps that I hand over a paper with: my name/address/ph# receiver name/address/ph# items description item qty item price in KH ៛ and if possible, item weight in kg and like pretty much every country in ASEAN, don't bring in a sealed package of any kind. items need to be inspected. . . for example some innocent things like nasal inhalers cannot be shipped, but the balm is allowed. since they are entering everything in ខ្មែរ and in english, please be patient ?
