I just want to give a big shoutout to the Plaza Indonesia team on duty, security team (?) Cleaning service (?) at 2nd Floor toilet near brown puck coffee, and the concierge team, especially Mas Guruh. I accidentally left my wallet in the restroom, and within minutes — even before I realized it — the concierge team called me and informed me, thanks to their member database. Absolutely superb service! Thank you so much for the honesty, services and amazing hospitality.
