A lot of varieties. No meat. It is not vegan either. It is plant based food. It has cheese, salad and if u are vegan, this is not for u. But if u like plant based food with different varieties, my goodness, this is paradise! Bring in empty stomach when u go there. It is all u can eat.

Vegan and vegetarian options are super flexible here, just take note on the product cards in front of each dish! They’re labeled vegan, ovo lacto, five pungent spices and etc. A wide array of leafy greens at the salad bar (rarely available if you order salads at a cafe) and different sections ranging of Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Thai cuisines and more. The servers are very kind and the chef’s do a great job at explaining each dish. Their menu changes slightly every month or so with seasonal specials and dessert flavours. From what I hear via friends in Taipei, the variety and quality in Kaohsiung is unbeatable ?

2024 Feb 23 lunch visit: it was a great treat to dine here today. Everything was cooked nicely, and every staff member was courteous and good at what they do- from cooking to collecting used plates. I absolutely loved their sauteed portobello mushrooms. Pasta with basil pesto was amazing too. Additionally, there were quite a few great stir fry dishes. The gentleman in charge of that section and hotpot cooking was attentive and funny at the same time, making this trip extra pleasant. In addition, Thai papaya salad was also great. The Japanese food section was wonderful this time: both hand rolls and sushi were so good. What an improvement from last year! Make sure you save some room for dessert. Their selection is huge! good variety of vegetarian and vegan food from various cuisines. seating was very spacious and comfortable. buffet was quite worth for the price

The vegetarian buffet has few dishes with eggs, which are clearly labeled. I thoroughly enjoyed everything it's really satisfying. Best place to bring the family, and it's cost-effective too. Most recommend for vegetarian food.
