Food was great. The food may look simple, but you can totally tell they put a lot of effort in making them just right. I like the presentation as well, not too complicated and focus is always on the food. The service was wonderful, they don't do any fancy which sometimes could make me feel fake. In fact, they communicated in a way that made me felt that they sincerely care about their customers. For example, the elevator in the building was in service, they were so kind to tell us in advance. When we arrived after walking the stairs up, they said "辛苦了" and quickly pour us some water.
