Delicious shengjian baos! Xiao yang serves them with a burst of soup from fresh mince pork wrapped inside a bun then pan fried so it has a little burnt bottom. This particular store sells also the shepherd purse veg version. They have a menu with mixed fillings. My favourite version is to choose 2 veg and 2 meat. This menu is available only in Chinese but has pictures so it’s possible to point.

Had the set for two that included 2 pcs each of the meat (great!), shrimp (superb!), and tomyum (great!) pan-fried dumplings (shen chian pao), a tofu vermicelli in soup and also chicken rice noodles in soup. Would forgo everything else for the dumplings! Note that it is seriously packed and while one person was lining up to order and pay, another one can line up (on the left side) to be assigned seats!

Busy small store. Good juicy dumpling but got to wait for a bit as the dumplings are freshly cooked. Store is small so seats are limited as business is good
