Cozy accommodation for solo travellers or couples. The whole apartment was very well designed, making the absolute most use of the space. Staff was helpful online throughout our time there. Be aware that room cleaning requires ~20 dollars (prepaid).

First of all, I have to say the accommodation was brand new, cozy, big and well equipped. You even have a washing machine for your clothes. Check-in process was very simple too. As other people have already stated, it has "potential".

As a European, here are a few things about this accommodation that confused me:
- The floor heating was difficult to configure as the control panel was in Korean. Upon looking up the instructions manual in English, I was still confused.
- You have to turn on hot water! I checked in and wanted to take a shower, but water was cold and it took me half an hour to figure out how to switch on hot water though the control panel.
- Waste management is not clear enough for foreigners. You have 2 TINY bins, which isn't nearly enough if you're buying stuff, especially because cleaning is NOT done daily.
You actually have to go to the supermarket and buy specific trashbags. You also have to separate food waste and general waste.

Overall, instructions were not clear enough for a foreigner with no prior living experience in Korea. The accommodation itself is amazing for the money. ?

Overall, this property has potential due to its modern amenities and central location in Gangnam. However, there were several major red flags during our stay mainly due to ongoing construction at the "hotel"

Positives:
• Modern and new facilities
• Convenient location in the center of Gangnam
• Designated area for storing luggage before check-in

Negatives:
• We were surprised to find that our assigned room was still under construction. There were construction related labels indicating things needing fixes, and debris on the floor.
• Occasionally heard construction noises from next door and outside.
• Workers and contractors were visible through hallways and elevators, sometimes carrying large items like TV boxes or furniture.

Cleanliness:
• The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. We found a dirty toilet and dust everywhere, requiring us to clean and wipe it ourselves.
• There was a persistent sewage smell coming from closet, sink and laundry room
