Stayed at Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka and had a really good experience. The service was consistently helpful and professional, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a quality hotel. One of the best parts is the location. It’s connected to a metro station, which made getting around Osaka super easy. There are also plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and shops nearby, which made exploring the area really convenient. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you're visiting Osaka and want a comfortable stay in a great location.

3 people room is large enough for 3 adults, highly recommended for family. The location is also super convenient that there was direct shuttle bus to airport, while subway station was also located near the hotel. Only problem is room keeping was only provided each 3 days, some amenities were not sufficient for 3 days use, it would be better if they could do refill twice per day even not doing cleansing work.

Boring and expensive. It's nice and clean, the staff are helpful and speak good English. Conveniently located near a subway and kintetsu line, and an airport bus stop. But you could be anywhere in the world. Stay here if you're not adventurous and want to feel safe, don't stay here if you want to experience Japan.

Glad to be back here in Sheraton. Super convenient and accessible to nearby amenities. Train and bus stations are a walk away and just 15mins away from namba by train. I find it very posh and the environment speaks for itself. Rooms are clean and have zero feedback for improvement.
