We had butterscotch and pistachio scoop for waffle and bowl so we gotta try which is better. The waffles is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, matches well with the fragrant pistachio that has some slight salty taste, which again is perfect for me. While the waffles is nice, after that then I tried the bowl, wow.. I’m impressed! That was even better match with the pistachio. ?Happy that I finally tried their ice-cream, it was pinned on my list for quite awhile already. Highly recommended to visit in the noon for lesser crowd.

Visited The Ice Cream Project! Watching them make ice cream right in front of me using liquid nitrogen was such a cool experience. The process is quick and fascinating, turning fresh ingredients into delicious scoops in no time. I tried the pistachio and salt flavor, and it was amazing! The pistachio taste was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of salt to enhance the flavor. I also indulged in the Roche fudge, which was equally delightful with its rich chocolatey goodness. If you're craving a unique and entertaining ice cream outing, do check out TIP.

super good matcha ice cream with crunchy bits and the waffle cone was also crispy and nice. they used liquid nitrogen to make the ice cream from spot so it is very unique. enjoyed every single bite. was 16rm for 1 scoop matcha icecream which is quite pricey the place itself was very plain so not really good for photo taking. however the toilet was very dirty. 2nd time went tried the pistachio n sea salt which was superrr salty. they added wayyy too much salt. taste more of salt than pistachio

The first time I tried pistachio flavoured ice cream with pink salt, it blew my mind. My friends and I absolutely loved the flavour so much. So much so, that I wish I can have it in Ice Cream shops in Singapore ❤️. The best part, is the thin crispy waffles to go with the ice cream. YUM! The staff there are friendly and have great service! I love the tables there like a sewing machine pedal below the table, it’s creative! The ice cream tastes freshly made and milky. I love this place so much. Try the flavours out for yourself! PS: I can’t believe I didn’t take a photo of it. I was really looking forward to the ice cream and the weather was hot, so I didn’t hesitate to eat it immediately. Who knew it could be so good? ?
