I would strongly recommending this restaurant as everyone 1st Australian food dining experience for kangaroo steak (A must try) The moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly and seated. We proceeded to order right away. We were surprised by how tasty and flavorful both steak and kangaroo steak were. If I had to pick one thing that I didn’t like was the noise level from waiter station. (There was a reason for this specially after I compared with another restaurant in downtown Sydney). The staffs were nice and friendly but they slam the dishes and silverware down too loud. They could improve on that.
This is soooo awesome The food, the service, the ambience...everyone should come here. The KANGAROO burger is surely unique, but the beefburger is truly tasty. The fish and chips are crunchy and filling, the BLUE CRAB PASTA was truly amazing. And to top it all off...order the espresso cake and the cheesecake! Its decadent!
Tourist hot spot but honestly…. cute ambience with pretty good food if you want a staple like a nice beef burger and chips, had great sauce and all in between a soft brioche bun. Cute slice of tiramisu cake, very fluffy, not much coffee flavour so don’t expect a moist tiramisu vibe
I've randomly seen this place while passing the road but today I visited it and it was amazing. No words could describe the experience we had. We were craving for some good pasta and we bumped into this place. Their menu was very tempting and interesting. The staff politely gave us an option to select the seat available outside. We ordered burrata as entree and potato gnocchi and seafood linguine as mains with beers. To start with the burrata was amazing taste, appearance and alignment. The mains were extraordinary it's a quite fulfilling plate for a single person but we almost finished it, the potato gnocchi with mushrooms and cream made it more savoring. The beers were good pair as well. We wanted to have desert but were too full. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's also just a casual place for coffee or drinks. Really loved the place just fulfilled all the cravings on a rainy day. Amazing job. Well done.
Had a delicious breakfast at The Rock Cafe! The Big Aussie Breakfast was absolutely delicious—generous portions, fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. I also added the grilled halloumi, which was a fantastic salty, crispy addition. And I couldn’t resist trying a slice of their tiramisu cake—it was creamy, rich, and the perfect sweet finish! The service was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and everything tasted fantastic. Highly recommend this spot for a hearty breakfast or a sweet treat.
