Mode hosted an American Thanksgiving dinner for a flat rate for $150-$200 per person, and it was stunning. While pricey, there was a full buffet for sides - including cheese and salami, macaroni and cheese, breads, mashed potatoes. And more. There was also three courses that had all your tradition sides, like three mains, and dessert. It was so much food, but based on what they offered up, this is a great place to get a meal. Super fast service from friendly staff. Everything was amazing and it was such a fun experience.

I hesitated before I came here because this rating is not that high, but I came to try. The result is really good because I tried the FILETTO steak. It tastes excellent. It has a strong taste and is tender. The service was good, too. The manager was especially attentive to the wine.

The ambiance strikes a perfect balance, elegant but not stuffy, with warm lighting and a relaxed vibe that makes you feel right at home. The service is consistently excellent, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food is top-notch. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor, especially the steak, which was cooked to perfection. But the real standout was the ice dessert. It was creative, refreshing, and unlike anything I’ve had before. A perfect mix of texture and temperature that made the meal feel truly special. Whether you’re going for a date night, a special occasion, or just treating yourself, Mode makes the whole experience feel effortless and refined. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

We stayed at four seasons hotel and had complementary breakfast at Mode each morning. The buffet spread is amazing. Delicious food with lots of options. The ambience is modern chic, cozy atmosphere. Staff are so courteous, they make you feel welcome! They’re also very attentive to deliver everything you need promptly. Thumbs up for Four Seasons service!

One of the best dinner we had in Sydney. Ave per person is about AUD100 but food quality was great! High recommended.
