The resort was very nice. It is quite large but we liked walking around like a little village. The food was really good and nicely presented. The staff were lovely and helpful. The infrastructure was quite well done as well. They also had an international post box and stamps which were great for postcards! The beach wasn't really used for swimming but the pools made up for it and it was really pretty.

We had a wonderful stay at Pelangi Beach Resort in Langkawi! The resort facilities were excellent, especially the spacious swimming pools. It’s very family-friendly — the kids’ club and dedicated children’s pools kept the little ones entertained throughout our stay. A perfect place for both relaxation and fun. Highly recommended for families visiting Langkawi!

My family and I got relocated to this place from another hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. Although my family and I were relocated, this place is so wonderful! Checking in and out was such a breeze. All the staffs, from the security guard to the housekeeper staffs are all warm and smiley whenever encountered. The resort design has a modern touch to the traditional design. Pretty place. (: The room we had is clean and welcoming. Housekeeper will do follow up calls if the room was not available for cleaning during their morning rounds. The Horizon pool has a small kids water playground and the sunset view from the swimming pool there is really beautiful. Entire resort is village themed and is a chalet style accommodation. Really appreciate the free buggy service available 24h too. Adding on, there is a kids farm to visit. Has a few animals to do feeding in the morning. It’s not much but still really cute! Really surprised to see gelato available at the lobby cafe. ^^ There are a few restaurants around to dine in, food is decent. Enjoyed the sea view and closeness to the beach the most! The beach area within the resort is well maintained too. Beach water is not advisable to be swimming in but the swimming pool made up for it. (: Overall, it was an enjoyable stay! Hope to return in the future. (:

We stayed there for 3 days last week, overall experience was very nice, the private beach access is a plus because they keep cleaning it everyday, I was travelling with a 1.5 year old, there’s a kids club there where my child enjoyed a lot and they have proper activities lined up for older kids. The pools were nice and looked like an oasis in the heat. The chalets were beautiful and huge with a balcony overlooking the sea. One thing I wasn’t very happy about was the English breakfast, it starts at 8-11am, I even went at 9 am but most of the items finish up and the waiters don’t really check or refill, leaving the visitor with limited options. I mean by 10 am most of the items are gone?, if they can amp up their service at Pelangi Grill that would be great!
