Bought chicken pies from prima deli and their bakery products are good quality as usual. Hope they have more promotion and also accept payment for visa / Mastercards for purchases under $20 ?thanks a lot

We weren't really fans of Prima Deli until this one impressive experience at this branch today! We were pleasantly surprised by the good service extended to us even though we were buying only 1 box of cookies for CNY. The staff who served us at their cashier counter was very polite and even assisted us in choosing the colour of the gift box that came with the almond cookies. To be honest we weren't expecting the staff to be that attentive & polite as prior to our trip to this branch, we actually had a very bad experience with one of the cookie sellers located at the Whitesands Atrium. In the near future we will definitely keep Prime Deli in mind should we require any cakes, cookies or pastries as this is definitely a reliable brand that we could call it made here in Singapore! The boxes of cookies would also come with a Prima Deli quality seal (forgot to take a photo of the seal before giving it away as a gift for CNY) to make sure that it has not been tampered with. And the nice box does make the cookies look really good as a gift! We chose the red box as red is undisputedly the festive colour for CNY. The box can also be recycled for other uses. Definitely worth buying! Highly recommended!

Bought a truffle chocolate cake for a birthday celebration. The cake was really moist and had nice chocolate. Service was efficient.
