Always been a supporter of prima deli and decided to get their waffle from this outlet. It's the first time I bought it from here.

Auntie doesn't look like she's happy with her job.  I bought 2 waffles. One hazelnut chocolate and one cheese. The waffles were soggy instead of crispy but what shocked me was the amount of cheese inside?

As you can see it's a very thin slice and it is not well spread out as well. Very disappointed. First time in my life that I have seen such a badly made cheese waffles. It definitely is not worth $2.40. Better off to get your waffles from the tampines outlets!

I'd love to enjoy the cakes here, but the staff's attitude made it hard for me to feel welcome and she gave a super rude attitude when I tried to purchase. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service.
To the staff - do not treat your customers like pests. My daughter said you shoo her away when she was leaving after the purchase!

I initially did not want to leave a review, but after seeing how bad the other reviews are, I felt the need to share my experience and let the management know about these staff so action can be taken.

I visited the outlet on 21st January 2025 (Tuesday) in the late afternoon to purchase desserts for a birthday party. I was served by a lady in a tudung, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. She seemed disinterested in her job and behaved as if customers were a bother to her.

When she keyed in my purchase at the register, I couldn’t hear what she said. I noticed the amount on the screen and tried to clarify it as I needed to pay using PayNow. Instead of responding properly, she pointed at the QR code and started talking to another staff member in front of me, completely ignoring my questions.

Her conversation was loud enough for me to overhear—she was talking about a health officer in black who was near the shop earlier. Even after I paid and showed her my mobile screen to confirm the payment, she barely acknowledged it and went back to chatting with her colleague. Considering the risks of scams via PayNow, I found it shocking that she didn’t even take the effort to double-check the payment.

To the management: Your cakes and desserts are excellent, but the staff’s attitude can push loyal customers away. Employees like this need retraining or should be replaced with people who are genuinely interested in providing good service. Many others would be grateful for the opportunity to work.

I hope action is taken to improve the customer experience at this outlet before its ratings drop even further. If the management wishes to follow up, feel free to leave a contact for me.

Never going to come back ever again.

Waffles are inconsistent and attitude of the service staff is terrible. The waffles are overcooked and it tasted very burnt. (Mind you, i ordered cheese waffle. Not chocolate waffle)
