Had the gourmet buffet dinner at PA.SO.LA Jakarta with a special USA-themed menu. Overall, it was a good experience! The variety of American-inspired dishes added a unique twist to the usual buffet spread. There were classics like BBQ ribs, mac and cheese, and a great selection of salads. Some highlights included the tender ribs and the well-prepared seafood options. Dessert was also impressive, with a nice mix of American treats and some local favorites. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was upscale yet comfortable—perfect for a relaxed evening. While the selection was decent, I felt a few more signature American dishes would have really elevated the theme. But for a hotel buffet, it was well done. If you’re looking for a quality dining experience with a bit of international flair, PA.SO.LA is worth a try!

Food- super tender chicken, sambal has made it super delicious. You can relish the Richa richa flavour Team - super duper friendly and supportive. Ambience - love the restaurant location. One can enjoy the dinner next to windows.

Nice variety of food. Love the ambience and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. There are some performances like dances or live music. Make sure to inform the staff if you want the best spot to see the performance
