This was something I can't find in the State I live in in the US. I've had similar noodle soups and Ramens and this place was nailing all the right points. It had everything that made it a good noodle soup. The atmosphere was slow and quiet but it was a weekday after lunch period. People were still coming in and visiting. The noodle soup had a nice taste which was quite light and had a okay amount of beef. For the price it was worth the cost and I could have easily remedy it buying skewers I guess. Would have gone back here if I had another chance.
Looking for a Halal food joint, this is the place cause they have the Halal sign and the owners are Muslim from China. Food is good especially during winter, satisfying when the weather is cold. Delicious, authentic Chinese beef noodle which comes in varieties and up to individual choices. Skewered meat, is tender, juicy and delicious. Must try and strongly recommended. They even have a Muslim prayer room too, how wonderful. Family of 4.
Starting with the service which was welcoming, quick and friendly, to the delicious Lamb Skewers and the authentic Halal LanZhou Beef Noodle, also got the stir fried lamb with vegetables it was a hit! I also recommend the steamed dumplings, while they aren't the same size as other spots, they are the perfect bite size, the sauces and the ambience were serene! Highly recommended this place. They also have a clean toilet and also a place to Pray ☪️
Background: Wanted to try the beef noodle soup at No. 1 Halal Beef Noodles and Kebab after reading strong reviews online. Visited during off-peak hours while in Sydney. Order: 1x Beef Noodle Soup. Service: Service was quick and smooth. Despite it being a quiet time, the staff were attentive and the food arrived promptly. Food: • The beef noodle soup was tasty with a well-balanced, appropriately spiced broth. • Slices of beef were tender and generous — a hearty and comforting bowl overall. Ambiance: Clean and neat setting with a pleasant, relaxed vibe. Nothing extravagant, but a comfortable space to enjoy a quiet meal. Impression: Excellent noodle soup. Definitely lived up to the reviews. I’ll be returning to try other dishes on the menu next time I’m in Sydney.
